With this Lincoln lease calculator you can estimate the monthly payment, upfront cost and total cost of leasing a Corsair, Nautilus, Aviator or Navigator, using the numbers from your Lincoln dealer.
Lincoln’s US lineup is made up entirely of SUVs, and most of them are leased through Lincoln Automotive Financial Services, the luxury arm of Ford Credit. Its leases follow the same Red Carpet Lease structure as Ford, with luxury-level prices.
Lincoln Lease Calculator
Enter the numbers from your Lincoln dealer’s lease worksheet, or keep the example values to see how a typical lease works, then press Calculate Lease.
Estimates only. The starting values are an example, not a Lincoln offer. Your dealer’s lease worksheet and your lease agreement list the actual MSRP, selling price, residual value, money factor and fees. Changing the term or mileage moves the residual by an estimated amount.
Lincoln Lease Basics
A Lincoln lease payment is built from the same pieces as any other lease. What makes a Lincoln different is how much each piece weighs:
| Part of the payment | What drives it on a Lincoln |
|---|---|
| Depreciation | The gap between the selling price and the residual. Luxury SUVs lose value faster, so this is usually the largest part. |
| Rent charge | The money factor times the cap cost plus the residual. On a Navigator, a small markup adds up quickly. |
| Tax | Depends on your state. Some states tax each payment, others tax the price or the total of payments upfront. |
| Fees | Acquisition fee, dealer doc fee, registration and the disposition fee at the end. |
Getting an Accurate Lincoln Estimate
- Choose your Lincoln. Select the Corsair, Nautilus, Aviator or Navigator, or enter another model.
- Enter MSRP from the window sticker. Include destination and every package, because the residual is calculated from it.
- Enter the selling price. This is the price you agreed before any Lincoln lease cash.
- Add the residual and money factor from your lease worksheet, then choose the term and miles.
- Fill in money down, fees and tax. Use the right tax method for your state.
- Press Calculate Lease and compare the monthly payment, due at signing and total cost.
The Four Numbers Behind a Lincoln Payment
MSRP
The sticker price with options. Lincoln’s top trims and packages can add many thousands of dollars, so use the exact figure.
Selling Price
Your negotiated price. Every $1,000 off saves about $30 a month on a 36-month lease, while the residual stays the same.
Residual Value
The share of MSRP Ford Credit expects the vehicle to be worth at lease end. Luxury SUVs tend to have lower residuals than mainstream models, which leaves more depreciation to pay for.
Money Factor
The lease interest rate as a decimal. Multiply by 2,400 to compare with an APR. On a $90,000 Navigator, the rent charge can be a third of the payment.
Worked Example: A Lincoln Nautilus-Sized Lease
A midsize Lincoln SUV with a $55,000 MSRP, negotiated to $52,000, with $2,500 down, a 54% residual and a 0.00250 money factor (6.00% APR) for 36 months and 10,500 miles a year. Tax is 7% of each payment. The values are an example, not a Lincoln offer.
| Step | Math | Result |
|---|---|---|
| Adjusted cap cost | $52,000 − $2,500 | $49,500.00 |
| Residual value | $55,000 × 54% | $29,700.00 |
| Monthly depreciation | ($49,500 − $29,700) ÷ 36 | $550.00 |
| Monthly rent charge | ($49,500 + $29,700) × 0.00250 | $198.00 |
| Base payment | $550.00 + $198.00 | $748.00 |
| Payment with 7% tax | $748.00 × 1.07 | $800.36 |
Notice how much of the payment is depreciation. A Lincoln with a higher residual, or lease cash from Lincoln, can make a more expensive trim cheaper to lease than a lower one, so run more than one trim through the calculator.
Terms and Mileage on a Lincoln Lease
Lincoln leases use Red Carpet Lease terms of 24, 36 or 39 months and annual mileage plans starting at 10,500 miles, with higher allowances available in 1,500-mile steps. Extra miles bought at signing cost less than overage charged at the end, and they lower the residual only slightly. If you commute long distances, try the 13,500 and 15,000-mile plans in the calculator and compare the totals.
Which Lincoln to Lease
- Corsair: the compact model and the lowest payment in the lineup, including a plug-in hybrid version.
- Nautilus: a midsize two-row SUV with a large dashboard display and a hybrid option.
- Aviator: a three-row SUV with strong performance and a higher price.
- Navigator: the full-size flagship, where taxes and the rent charge make careful checking essential.
Getting the Best Lincoln Lease
Agree on the selling price first, then ask for the lease worksheet and compare its money factor with the buy rate for your credit tier. Ask about Lincoln loyalty offers if you already drive a Lincoln or Ford, and about conquest offers if you are coming from another luxury brand. Avoid paying for dealer add-ons you did not choose, and keep the down payment modest, because money put down is usually lost if the car is totaled early in the lease.
When Your Lincoln Lease Ends
You can buy the SUV for the price in your agreement, trade it toward a new Lincoln or Ford, or return it. Qualifying customers who lease or buy a new Ford or Lincoln may have the disposition fee waived. Excess wear is judged against Ford Credit’s wear guidelines, so fix broken parts and mismatched tires before the return to avoid charges.
Sales Tax on a Lincoln Lease
Each state taxes leases its own way. In most, tax is added to every monthly payment. Some tax the total of the payments at signing, and a few tax the full price of the vehicle upfront. On a Navigator, upfront tax can add several thousand dollars to the amount due at signing, so select the right method in the calculator.
Lease or Buy a Lincoln?
Lincoln buyers lease often, and for good reason. Luxury SUVs lose value fastest in their first few years, the warranty covers a typical lease, and the lender takes the risk if values fall. Buying makes more sense if you plan to keep the car long after the warranty ends or drive far more than the lease allows. Compare the calculator’s total cost with the payments on a loan, minus what the vehicle would be worth when you trade it in.
What Is Due at Signing on a Lincoln Lease
The figure on the worksheet usually combines the first payment, Ford Credit’s acquisition fee, the dealer documentation fee, title and registration, and any cash down. States that tax leases upfront add the tax here as well. Luxury lease ads sometimes quote a low payment with several thousand dollars due at signing, so check the calculator’s total cost to compare offers fairly.
What Insurance a Lincoln Lease Needs
Your lease will require comprehensive and collision coverage and liability limits above the state minimum. On a Navigator or Aviator, insurance can be a significant monthly cost, so get a quote before signing. Red Carpet Leases from Ford Credit have included GAP coverage, which covers the difference between the insurance payout and what you owe if the vehicle is totaled. Confirm that it is in your contract.
Ending a Lincoln Lease Early
If you need to end the lease before the term, ask Ford Credit for a payoff quote. A dealer can buy the vehicle out as part of a trade-in, and if it is worth more than the payoff, that equity can go toward your next car. Returning it early usually means early termination charges, which can be large on an expensive SUV.
Corsair or Nautilus?
The Corsair is Lincoln’s compact SUV and its lowest-priced model. The Nautilus is a size up, with more room and a more luxurious cabin. Because the Nautilus costs more, its payment is higher, but Lincoln lease cash and dealer discounts can narrow the gap. Run both through the calculator with the same term, miles and down payment. If the difference is small, the larger SUV may be the better value over a three-year lease.
Extending a Lincoln Lease
If your next Lincoln is not ready when your lease ends, ask Ford Credit about an extension. Lessors often allow a short extension at the same monthly payment, which can be easier than returning the car and going without one. Ask well before your lease end date.
Lincoln Hybrids and the Lease
Lincoln has offered hybrid and plug-in hybrid versions of some models. They cost more than the gas versions, so their payment is usually higher unless lease cash narrows the gap. The federal clean vehicle credit for leases ended on September 30, 2025. Run both versions through the calculator, and add the fuel you would save to decide which is cheaper overall.
Lincoln Versus Its Rivals
The Aviator is often compared with the Volvo XC90, Acura MDX and Genesis GV80, and the Navigator with the Cadillac Escalade. Lincoln tends to discount more than some rivals, while brands like Lexus and Genesis may have higher residuals or include maintenance. Put each quote into the calculator with the same term, miles and money down, and compare the total cost.
Where the Numbers Come From
The calculator uses the standard lease formula: depreciation plus a rent charge, with tax applied as your state requires. It does not load current Lincoln offers, which change monthly. Use the numbers from your own worksheet for the most accurate result.
Frequently Asked Questions
Who finances Lincoln leases?
Lincoln leases are offered through Lincoln Automotive Financial Services, which is part of Ford Credit. It sets the residual values and base money factors for Lincoln models.
What lease terms does Lincoln offer?
Lincoln leases follow Ford Credit’s Red Carpet Lease, with 24, 36 and 39-month terms. Your dealer can confirm which terms are available for each model.
How many miles does a Lincoln lease include?
Mileage plans start at 10,500 miles a year and go higher in 1,500-mile steps. Extra miles can also be bought at signing.
Is a Lincoln lease worth it?
For many drivers, yes. Luxury SUVs lose value quickly, and a lease passes that risk to the lender while giving you a new vehicle every few years. If you keep cars for a long time, buying is usually cheaper.
Does Lincoln waive the disposition fee?
Qualifying customers who buy or lease a new Ford or Lincoln may be eligible for a disposition fee waiver. Ask the dealer before you sign your next lease.
Can I buy my Lincoln at lease end?
Yes. The purchase price is set in your lease agreement. Buying the vehicle also avoids excess mileage and wear charges.
How is a Lincoln lease payment calculated?
Subtract your down payment and rebates from the selling price, take away the residual and divide by the term to get depreciation. Finally, add the rent charge and the sales tax your state applies to leases.
Which Lincoln is the cheapest to lease?
The Corsair usually has the lowest payment because it has the lowest price. Lincoln lease cash on other models can change that.
Can I end a Lincoln lease early?
Yes. You can buy it out, trade it in or return it early, but early termination charges may apply. Ask for a payoff quote first.
Is the Lincoln Navigator a good lease?
The Navigator has a high price, so taxes and the rent charge are a big part of the payment. Compare its total cost with the Aviator in the calculator before you decide.
